What a surprise, the Delhi High Court postpones the case once more. Looks like Justice Arjan Kumar Sikri (pictured) wants some time to forget about the case against Section 377 before he takes his vacation. "At 4 pm, Anand Grover inquired of the Judges’ whether they would proceed with the hearing in view of the forthcoming Court vacation. Ruling out the possibility of a hearing in the week before vacation, Justice Sikri said that the matter to be considered “part heard” and be listed on 2nd July 2008 at 2 pm." What a load of crap! That's like saying I refuse to go to classes or take any tests a week before my spring break starts. Hey, actually, that sounds kind of nice...
